  • Would you like to progress your financial services career in a position that will offer you the chance to work with a successful, well-regarded and progressive financial planning business?

We’ve partnered with a successful financial planning firm, based in Westbury on Trym, North Bristol in a high street setting close to local shops, bars and restaurants etc, to help them find a new Financial Planning Administrator. They provide private client financial planning, to pre-retirees and retirees and specialise in pension and later life planning. They offer clients bespoke advice on the best financial strategy to help them enjoy their retirement years.

We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to work cohesively within a close-knit team; you’ll work closely with the Paraplanner & Financial Planner to assist them in all areas of pre-advice i.e. preparing for client meetings, obtaining valuations and illustrations.

Other areas of responsibility will include new business processing, fee reconciliation and ongoing client servicing administration.

You’ll have gained similar experience within a firm of independent financial planners or a product provider/wrap platform and have a minimum of CF1.

This would ideally suit you if you have solid FS admin experience and enjoy the variety this type of role entails; you’ll be very organised, client-centric and looking for the chance to make this position your own. This would also benefit you if you’d like to work more locally rather than having to travel in and out of central Bristol.

Salary: up to £25,000 plus good benefits and a degree of flexibility with regard to working hours
