Highly successful IFA Practice based within the Whiteley area is looking to take on a Financial Services Administrator to work closely with the Business Support team to ensure a 5* administrative service is provided to all clients.

Ideally you will have previously been working within a similar role where you have developed a strong working knowledge of Pensions and Investments.

Study support towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and progression opportunities within.

Day to Day…
- Technical administrative support in line with company strategies, policies and procedures
- Maintain client confidentiality and data protection
- Arranging meetings with clients on behalf of financial planners
- Sending confirmation of appointment emails/letters
- Updating electronic files, policy details and valuations to ensure accurate reporting
- To maintain up to date information and progress reports on back office system
- To analyse information received from provider requests
- Provide paraplanners with accurate information d for them to draft recommendations for financial planners


- Previous Financial Services experience
- Ambitious for a career in Financial Services
- Good attention to detail
- Good numerical and literacy skills
