Reporting into their Administration Manager you will be expected provide full Admin support to Financial Advisers including the usual range of responsibilities, such as chasing providers, managing CRM system (ensuring all daily tasks are completed) and processing new business.
As an IFA Administrator you will be expected to work closely with all staff within the business (at all levels) to ensure a smooth yet compliant process is followed and assist in providing a great client service.
The ideal candidate will:
• Have 3 years or more experience working within a Financial Planning firm.
• Qualifications desirable but not essential.
• Well organised and meticulous, with strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
