As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join our advisory team in Coventry. With access to an established client base, full paraplanning and admin support, and a focus on long-term client outcomes—not sales quotas—this is the ideal environment for a values-driven adviser ready to thrive in a compliant, client-centric practice.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to £65,000 depending on experience

Bonus: Attractive 2x validation bonus model (uncapped

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic, independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning
• Conduct thorough fact-finds, risk profiling, and cashflow modelling
• Present clear, compliant recommendations both face-to-face and in writing
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity
• Collaborate closely with in-house paraplanning and administrative teams
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and FCA compliance standards
• Support business development through referrals & introducers

Requirements

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Experience in an IFA or Wealth Manager role
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax-efficient planning
• Highly client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Progress toward Chartered status welcomed (full support provided)
