Our client, an established asset management firm with a presence across the UK and an outstanding reputation for their discretionary portfolio management proposition, is currently looking to recruit a further financial planner to grow the business in East Yorkshire.
There is a small existing client base allocated to the role and the firm can assist with lead generation (they are part of a wider group that includes banking, lending and treasury operations, and have excellent links with the legal world) but it is imperative that candidates are new business orientated and have transferable AUM. The firm do offer a huge incentive for this as they have a unique bonus scheme for new business that rewards individuals on a one-off basis for the assets they transfer in the first two years, alongside the attractive bonus scheme that is in place for fee generation.
In addition to the bonus, salary is negotiable to attract the best candidates and benefits are extensive. Adviser retention is very high and the firm offers a buy-out facility, so there is no better place for a dynamic, entrepreneurial and ambitious adviser to spend their career.
Applicants should be experienced in advising higher value clients, hold a current Statement of Professional Standing and be at least working towards Chartered status. They will have settled career histories and a demonstrable track record of writing in excess of £150,000 fee income per annum.
Support is provided by dedicated paraplanners, assistant paraplanners and administrators, meaning that the firm’s planners are focused on seeing clients and not being tied down with paperwork.
