As a Customer Service advisor it will be your job to ensure strict security procedures are followed with every customer call. Providing high quality support, you will need to be very vigilant and have a strong attention to detail.
Your duties will include answering calls and providing high quality support to customers as well as:
*Raising cases for head office
*Getting up-dates on existing cases
*Re-assuring/settling upset customers
The ideal candidate will be friendly, confident and approachable, have great computer literacy skills and a polite telephone manner. You will be required to maintain a high level of confidentiality and maturity while keeping up fast paced working methods throughout the day.

For this role we initially offer a temp-ongoing contract, meaning there is no end date set on your assignment, the client offers great training and career progression. On average 80% of manpower employees placed on this assignment move onto permanent contracts within the first year.
