OUR CLIENT is a successful and leading provider of development, bridging and investment finance for the real estate sector and has provided £Billions of loans and funded the construction of thousands of new homes. With significant, institutional, capital injection they are now embarking on an exciting period of rapid growth – broadening their product offering, raising new capital and building their team. As they continue to grow, they have solely instructed us to help them appoint a Fund Financial Controller to manage a small finance function in their London office.
