What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a small but mighty finance team.
• Hands on Month end management Accounts production
• Deliver robust financial planning, forecasting, and insightful analysis.
• Drive cost control, cashflow improvement, and process optimisation.
• Act as a key business partner across the leadership team.
• Monthly Board Presentations.
• Own Year End, payroll, audit prep, and more.

What You Bring

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment - this is a must.
• Excellent stock knowledge and commercial insight.
• A proactive mindset - you love solving problems and improving systems.
• Confident communicator who can influence at board level.
