Financial Controller

Altum are pleased to be partnered with a fast growing Technology company to help them find a Financial Controller on a permanent basis . This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified professional to join a Technology business in a period of exponential growth.

As Financial Controller, you will work very closely with the founders and senior management team. They are looking for a strong business partner, someone who will offer and implement new analyses to improve key metrics and company strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts

• Financial planning - Budgeting, forecasting, pricing

• Work with outsourced advisors on statutory accounting and in time bring in-house

• Transactional finance - AP/AR/bank/credit control

• Tax work including VAT and R&D

Requirements

• Fully qualified - ACA/CIMA/ACCA

• Experience of working within a high-growth technology company

• Strong entrepreneurial business judgement

• Previous exposure to using NetSuite software (and Receipt Bank if possible)

• Exposure to R&D tax a positive

• Experience with share structures, M&A, investing (VC/Angel) and capital raising a positive
