Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for the role of Financial Controller to work for a growing manufacturing business based in Birmingham.

Duties of the role will include:

  • Managing and developing a small team

  • Hands on management of transactional and operational financial activities

  • Production of management accountants

  • Budgeting, forecasting

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

  • Stock control

  • Developing and maintaining internal ERP system

  • Project costing, profitability analysis

  • Managing inventory/ expenditure

  • Analysis of company performance

  • Year End audit with external auditors

  • Ad hoc finance duties

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

  • Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA

  • Experience working with an SME manufacturing business

  • Hands on as well as commercially aware

  • Experience working with long term projects

  • ERP experience
