Could you control the finances for a business with over 100 staff members, spread across two counties, which has been growing for over 30 years?

Could you add to this growth by providing a timely and accurate reporting function that will include budgeting, forecasts, variance and financial analysis, and management accounts?

Could you do this whilst managing the day-to-day financial activities with a small team of people?
