We are currently working with a well-established and successful, manufacturing organisation in the Poole area who are seeking a Financial Controller to join the team and work closely with the Managing Director.

This is a standalone role and requires the successful individual to take control of all the financial duties, including payroll, invoicing etc as well as the management accounts and general bookkeeping for the business.

The organisation currently uses Sage Line 50 therefore experience of this system is highly desired as well as an advanced user of Excel (Pivot tables/vlookups). It is highly desired that the successful candidate is fully qualified, or part qualified in ACCA/ CIMA.

The successful candidate MUST come from a manufacturing/engineering background or environment.

To be successful you need to:
*Have a positive, team player work ethic
*Solid experience working in a stand-alone role with in a manufacturing environment
*Be tenacious and resilient in a changing and busy environment
*Have a hands-on approach as the role covers the likes of purchase ledger clerk, cashier, through to statutory accounts
*Good stock control skills.
*The ability to receive information and keep it confidential.
