Our charity client are looking to recruit a Financial Controller to work closely with the CEO.
Your new role
You will oversee the day to day activities of the finance team and ensure that the Charity's finance function is organised and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts. You will prepare forecasts and cash flows as required by the Board, prepare monthly consolidated P&L and balance sheet. Produce statutory and internal financial reports and liaise with Charity's auditors and preparation of information for the annual audit. Prepare and submit VAT returns. Production of monthly management accounts as well as preparation of the budgets. Attend Senior Management and Board meetings as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Accountant with financial control and management reporting experience, along with staff management. Excellent communication skills are a must.
