Starting salary £42,000 for the first year increasing towards £50,000 thereafter (dependant on performance).
This is a growing business, there will be opportunities for the candidate to move into a director role so the ideal candidate will be someone with a long term outlook.
Reporting to: Company Directors.
Managing: Admin team of 7.
Preparation of management accounts
Preparation of budgets and forecasts
Supervising admin team
Liaising with external auditors
Attending weekly management meetings
Preparation of VAT returns
Completion of monthly intrastat returns
Processing payroll and P11Ds
Maintaining fixed asset register
Managing invoice discounting facility and liaising with bank
Overseeing the purchasing function
Processing bacs payments
Bank and ledger reconciliations
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated Qualified Accountant with Financial Controller experience in an SME environment.
