Highland Outdoors is a growing wholesale company in the Firearms and Hunting Clothing Industry, representing an impressive list of global brands. We are based in a magnificent location in the countryside, 15mins from Market Harborough.
Reporting to the Managing Director and the Groups’ global CFO in Australia, you will be a self-starter with excellent accounting and software systems skills, as well as being a great communicator.
Accountabilities will include preparation of monthly management accounts, reporting and analysis, software system management, banking relationships, cashflow management, dealing with auditors, and support to the General Manager and Sales Manager on various commercial issues.
You will be part of a small team, keen to get your hands dirty, but be able to take a broader view of the business. While you will be focused, resilient, and commercial in your outlook, your knowledge of "debits and credits" will be excellent. You must be passionate about numbers!

Ideally suited to a recently qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA candidate, with at least three years’ commercial experience. Must have excellent Excel skills and experience with importing and warehousing will be an advantage, as well as experience implementing or using Oracle’s NetSuite ERP system.
