Financial Controller - Catering

Leisure company based near East Grinstead seek a Catering FC to join their exisiting team.  Reporting to the Group FC this role will cover a unique role which will incorporate financial accounting and support the operational delivery of events.  Specific responsibilities will include:
*Controlling expenditure
*Produce forecast reports for catering on events
*Ensure EPOS system is reporting correctly
*Ensuring margins are accurately reported and variances explained
*Monitoring catering staffing levels
*Review revenue expenditure
*Reconciliations
*Month end reporting
*Monthly stock take
*Budgeting
*Year end duties
*Auditing
*Continually looking for ways to improve processes and cut costs
Ideal candidate will have previous experience in a simila role and have experience gained within the hospitality or retail industry.  Would suit active studier or someone qualified by experience. Strong IT and communication skills are essential.  Team player with good attential to detail and the ability to multi task is essential.
