Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading Technology business to recruit an ambitious Financial Analyst.

Since it's launch 6 years ago, the business has grown rapidly due to a niche product and an amazing team. They have recently launch in the US and are planning further international expansion later this year.

The successful Financial Analyst will be based in their Manchester office and report to the FP&A Manager. The role offers a salary between £45,000 and £55,000 plus benefits. Hybrid worked of 3-4 days pw in the office and 1-2 days WFH is offered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing financial results and providing insights to challenge business performance and forecasts.
• Reporting on sustainability and operational results compared to budget and prior year.
• Supporting senior finance and business executives with financial analysis to drive operational and strategic decisions.
• Leading ad-hoc projects to improve FP&A processes and systems.
• Enhancing tools, templates, and reports, and driving process efficiencies.

Candidates applying should ideally be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified or finalist level with good commercial experience.
