Financial Analyst

My client, a challenging and creative media organisation are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team.

They are seeking a vibrant qualified accountant that has up to 2 years of post qualified experience within the media industry. This role will also offer a clear career path for progression within a fantastic company.

Key Responsibilities include:

*Working with key business stakeholders influencing and challenging their plans in order for the use of the budget to be efficient and effective.

*Ensuring that the reported spend, both actuals and forecasts are an accurate reflection on activity.

*Simultaneously identifying risks and opportunities to both revenues and costs

*Analysing key metrics for the business and the impact on performance.

*Weekly and monthly reporting of relevant costs and balance sheet reconciliations.

*Weekly and monthly reporting of relevant costs and balance sheet reconciliations.


*A qualified accountant with up to 2 years PQE

*Have the ability to interact and communicate on a regular basis, both written and verbally with senior management.

*Have experience working within a media organisation and within a corporate environment

*Have a desire to learn and contribute toward improving processes as necessary whilst taking a proactive approach.
