Financial Analyst

Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a Senior Financial Planning & Analyst for a manufacturing organisation based in Dudley.  

The Role

You will provide key financial indicators and performance for the financial activities of the UK division you will also to support the Director, Corporate FP&A in the production, consolidation, analysis and review of global management information, forecasts, budgets and strategic plans.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

- Forecasting and budgeting

- Development and maintenance of templates and models using excel and Hyperion Financial Management in order to capture planning data effectively and efficiently

- Assemble actual and forecast cost positions during the month and at month end
- Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets and cash
- Participation in the annual strategic plan, consolidating and presenting 4 years’ data for review
- Management reporting
- Production of the monthly flash results and reporting pack for timely distribution to senior management

What do we need? 

- Qualified - ACCA/CIMA. Finalist will be considered
- Preferable manufacturing experience

The successful candidate will have extensive experience within a FP&A role and in a fast paced environment. You will keen to present accurate information to senior management and act as key representative of the business.
