Our client, a successful national and international wealth management company is currently seeking a Financial Advisor Development Manager, to work as part of a regional team across the North West to support Financial Advisors in the growth and development of their client portfolio, ensuring that client needs are met, FCA regulations adhered to with integrity and professionalism. You will work closely with the team of Advisors, supporting them and ensuring that they have all that they need in order to deliver and outstanding service & build a successful growing wealth management business.

Experience required
Experience/Skills Required:

* At least 5 years financial services/wealth management experience in a corporate environment
* Full understanding of the wealth management landscape including all legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Experience in managing diverse teams and bringing consensus led solutions to the table.
* Ability to build strong relationships delivering on promises
* First class attitude designed to encourage and support team members at all stages of their development.
* Ability to create a best-practice led environment to ensure strong company growth and achievement of all KPI's.

The role

* Facilitates the development of the Financial Advisers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
* Leads their team of Financial Advisers to encourage new business growth in line with company growth objectives.
* Provides support as appropriate for Financial Advisers to help them achieve appropriate professional qualifications and maintain appropriate knowledge through CPD.
* If working with newer Advisers, the PDM supports the new Advisors to help them achieve their "entry level".
* Inspires and encourages appropriate strategy, operational activity and best practice aimed at enhancing the quality of Advisors business and their results.
* Encourages best practice in business planning, marketing, systems, people management, and administration in order to create a sound and robust Adviser capable of achieving long-term growth and productivity.
* Remains close to new joiners' networks, and where necessary provides introductions of potential recruits to the business.
* Encourages and aids Advisers in developing the infrastructure of their businesses, so that they maximise the security of the business and its processes.
* Keeps the Head of Business and Business Risk Manager up to date on key matters and risks that involve the Adviser's business.

Our client, a well-established, successful wealth management business, was established over 20 years ago, and has numerous regional offices around the UK and globally. Our client specialises in delivering face to face wealth management advice to individuals and businesses, and deals with insurance, mortgages etc. Helping clients resolve complex matters such as investments for growth, tax, inheritance and retirement planning.

The salary & Package
Basic salary of between £40,000-50,000 per annum plus generous benefits package including car, mobile, laptop, bonus scheme.
