We are currently recruiting an adviser support staff member to support the Kreston Reeves Financial Planning advisers in day to day business administration and client care.

Kreston Reeves Financial Planning is an award winning Independent Financial Advisory firm and part of the Kreston Reeves Group (one of the major Accountancy and FinancialServices firms practising in the South East of England). Our key focus is service. We provide a professional yet personal service to both individuals and corporate clients.

Our long-term relationships with clients help develop strategies to aid long-term objectives and establish a thorough understanding of their present circumstances and future goals.

We are looking for a trusted and valid member of staff to join the current team.

This is a role which requires technical financial services knowledge so you will need an enthusiasm and capacity to learn. Experience would be preferable but full in house training will be given. You will also need good knowledge of Microsoft office and office databases as the office environment is mostly paperless.

Responsibilities

Ensure existing business administration is completed compliantly, accurately and to agreed deadlines such as:

  • Preparation and oversight of client valuations and reviews meetings.
  • Correspond with investment and insurance companies and clients regarding ongoing issues such as new business and fund switches.

  • Contact clients by phone to arrange review meetings for example and be a point of contact for client queries.

  • Produce investment portfolio reports and supporting paperwork.

  • Update the firm’s database and be an expert user

  • Have a working understanding of the services and products that the firm offers

  • Understand and adhere to the Treating Customers Fairly requirements.

  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of anti money laundering procedures and ensure compliance.

  • Maintain confidentiality under the data protection act.

  • Comply with Health & Safety requirements as detailed in the staff handbook.
