Financial Adviser - Northamptonshire/Midlands

Posted Yesterday by Reed Insurance Featured
I have an excellent new opportunity available with an award winning practice, based in the North West but looking for field based Advisers to cover a large book of clients in the Midlands.

The firm has a vertically integrated proposition and look after £1.7b AUM and counting.
They have a team of Business Development Managers that present to large groups of company employees on the EB side, and then at the end of the presentation, engage with the employees on an individual basis.
These leads are then passed on to the Private Client Advisers to follow up, As a result they don't need Advisers to have clients to bring, such is the volume of leads they have on offer, you can expect 40 appointments booked into your diary each month.

The role is employed paying up to £60,000 with OTE of c£80,000 - £90,000.
You will have a very achievable validation target of 1.8x salary with 80% commission thereafter, bonuses paid quarterly.
This year the average Adviser earnings across the country was c£80,000 which is expected to increase to £120,000 next year.
Each Adviser has their own PA/Paraplanner who looks after their diary and all back office duties, leaving the Adviser free to focus solely on advising clients.

A generous benefits package is on offer including 6% employer contribution on the pension scheme, private medical and health insurance, dental plan, eye-care scheme, childcare vouchers and more.
You will be an experienced and qualified Adviser, ideally experienced in working remotely and dealing with a large volume of client meetings.

For more information including a full job spec and information on the generous company benefits package please call Rebecca Stride on 01179 304 820.
