Home Based Financial Advisor, Starting at £44.5k base (£73k OTE in first year), +car/bens
I am working with a leading UK Financial Advice company. Since being founded in 1841, my client has established itself as a proud provider of financial services. They are a mutual organisation with no shareholders to consider which means they are naturally focused on keeping their members interests at the heart of everything they do.
They have a long-standing heritage of providing specialist financial advice and solutions to a select group of professional clients, most notably GPs, hospital doctors, dentists, teachers and lawyers.
Ongoing growth and development are key factors within their stated objective of being the best in their chosen markets and to support this they are proud to offer products and services from a range of providers complemented by their own.
They now have an opportunity for experienced home-based Financial Advisor to join their team, specialising in one of their chosen markets and helping continue their forward momentum.
You will already have a solid commercial background and a proven track record of delivering sound financial advice being qualified to at least QCF Level 4 and ideally working towards Chartered status. You will also possess considerable interpersonal skills in order to be effective in helping busy professionals with often complicated financial planning needs.
Experience in one of their markets will be a distinct advantage but is not a necessity as they will provide you with comprehensive knowledge and training from the outset.
If you do not have the relevant experience but are still interested in learning more about the role then please feel free to contact me as I may be able to still put you forward for a similar position.
What they offer
- A competitive basic salary of circa £44,500, depending on qualifications and experience, with significant salary progression opportunities
- Participation in quarterly and annual bonus schemes
- Realistic on-target earnings of circa £73,000 in your first year
- 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
- Company car or car allowance
- Generous company pension scheme with up to 10% employer matched contributions
- Flexible benefits scheme
- Plus all the support and training that you will need to develop your skills as a financial advisor.
But this is just the start - they also provide their Financial Advisors with appointment booking assistance meaning that you can focus much more of your time on delivering advice, plus all the benefits you would expect from working within a large mutual organisation including help with complex cases, technical guidance and a framework that promotes business growth.
