NJR Recruitment are working in partnership with a well known and highly regarded firm of Financial Planners who are keen to hear from a very experienced Financial Adviser Administrator, who may potentially have a desire of moving in to a Team Leader role.

Whilst initially carrying out the role of Senior Financial Administrator, you will be offered the opportunity, once you have proven yourself, of moving in to a Team Leader role. Providing direct support to a team of Financial Consultants, and eventually supervising / mentoring a team of 7/ 8 Administrator, daily duties will be varied and will consist of;
- Processing of new applications for Pensions, Life Assurance and Investments with all providers from inception to completion
- Liaising with clients in relation to various queries
- Maintaining an electronic record of all new business applications in order to keep consultants up to date
- Preparing meeting documentation
- Updating the back office system.
To apply for the role candidates will have worked in the industry for a number of years and will have 'Whole of the Market' product knowledge. You will have a sound knowledge of using Provider Platforms, as well as Back Office Systems, and have general all round excellent IT skills.
In order to be successful in the Team Leader role, you will demonstrate an approachable and friendly business manner, with an understanding ethic. You will be supportive and inspirational in your role of Administrator whilst offering first class guidance to those less experienced members of staff.
