Financial Administrator

A well-established Financial Adviser practice in Lymm, WA13 require an experienced administrator to assist with the development of a growing team that deals with a wide range of Financial Services including Life, Investments and Pensions.

As a Financial Services professional, you will be joining a firm which offers a fantastic working environment and continued professional development.


Providing support to the Advisers and Office Manager

Actively managing diary tasks

Answering telephone queries from clients and providers

Preparing client meeting packs

Submit letters of authority to product providers and collate responses once received

Carry out portfolio rebalancing in a timely manner using investment platform

Obtaining client valuations

Maintaining client valuations, i.e. fact finds

Completing basic client review reports

Processing new business


Able to work within defined business processes

Detailed and accurate

Ability to use initiative

Articulate and confident, particularly when speaking with clients

Excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal

Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

Good IT skills, especially Word, Excel and Outlook

Good letter writing skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Highly Desirable

Experience of working with investment platforms

Experience of working with Intelligent Office back office software
