Financial Administrator

My client a leading FS institiution is looking for a Finance Administrator for 6 months.

This role is to help support general ledger activities as part of a larger finance programme. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts recievable, payable and reconciliations.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Management invoice payment and settlement process
  • Support bank reconciliation process for European Real Estate Funds
  • Provide efficient accounting and administration services in relation to real estate assets
  • Provide responsive service and support the portfolio management team and other stakeholders
  • Knowledge of investment administration within a real estate or custody environment
  • A firm grounding in accountancy or experience gained through further study
  • Experience of using Real Estate Accounting Systems such as Horizon / Qube
