You will be integral in providing extensive administrative support, maintaining records and maintaining a range of financial processes. The role will primarily involve supporting clients on a range of policies, updating the databases in relation to finance details, handling telephone queries and emails, streamlining processes, assisting with events and scheme activity, keeping record of all calls and logging conversations to ensure guidelines and procedures are adhered to and taking responsibility for compliance requirements. This really is a high-volume administration role which will require a strong attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively.
