Our client based in Chertsey are seeking a Financial Accounts Assistant to join the business on an ongoing temporary basis.
The role involves:
Maintain an accurate record of the Fixed Asset Register and ensure that all changes are kept up to date
Month end reporting & reconciliations for Fixed Assets
Liaising across the business when required
Collation of information for future audits
Journal posting of allocated items
Additional ad-hoc financial admin support as required by the team
To be considered you will:
Have strong organisational skills
Confident user of Excel up to Pivot Tables and V Look Ups
Ideally qualification in finance or practical experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills
Be available to start immediately
