Due to internal promotion, a new opportunity exists for a qualified accountant to undertake a Financial Accountant role within a new business unit. Supporting a Divisional Financial Controller, your broad and varied brief includes:
•Supporting the design & delivery of divisional business objectives & strategy
•Provision of financial information for monthly operational review meetings to highlight business performance & ensure robust financial control
•Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet & cashflow
•Assisting the finance team with preparation of budgets, forecasts & analysis
•Coordination of internal & external audit activity
•Supporting the development of Investment cases & ongoing financial control
•Assisting with a programme of continuous process & controls improvement
•Provision of commercial financial support on procurement & cost control
•Input into management information & reporting design & build
As a qualified ACA or ACCA with proven financial accounting, reporting and control experience gained within an international or multi-site business environment, you will demonstrate a strong commercial focus, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to drive financial change.
