About the role
Capita Education Software Services provides Management Information Solutions for Schools and Local Authorities. Professional Services is responsible for the delivery of SIMS and FMS training services and consultancy. The role of Finance Training Data Administrator will assist the Professional Services team in providing training for its SIMS Finance software to Academy Groups, Schools and Local Authorities.

What you will do:
Regular monitoring and maintenance of existing training data for SIMS Finance
Development of data for areas, such as general ledger, purchase ledger and cash management, to support new software functionality in SIMS Finance
Development of materials and services to support national developments in education
Development of quality assurance in line with the Product team's house standards and the Capita quality standards to meet customer needs
Ensuring that processes and systems are adhered to and deadlines are met.
Your experience will include:
Prior working experience in Financial Data in School
Excellent attention to detail
IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Strong communication with colleagues at all levels
Good organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines while managing a varied workload
