The Role | Finance Team
- Weekly bank reconciliation.
- Daily Shawbrook bank reconciliation.
- Carrying out administrative duties including filing, copying, scanning and record keeping.
- Assisting the Financial Director in the production of accounts, analysis of the books and preparation of reports and monitoring of cash flow.
- Taking minutes at the monthly management meetings.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures relating to health and safety, the environment and quality management.
- Purchase ledger management.
- Regular supplier contact by phone and email.
- Making adjustments, handling queries and resolving problems within company guidelines and policy
