£23,000 - £25,000

  • excellent knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts & Payroll.
  • conversant with Excel
  • Experience working in construction/hire company accounting positions.

Be part of a small friendly team working to complete the financial requirements for a growing construction/hire company, with a recent office move and looking to expand..... it's the perfect time to get on board.

The Role | Finance Team

  • Weekly bank reconciliation.
  • Daily Shawbrook bank reconciliation.
  • Carrying out administrative duties including filing, copying, scanning and record keeping.
  • Assisting the Financial Director in the production of accounts, analysis of the books and preparation of reports and monitoring of cash flow.
  • Taking minutes at the monthly management meetings.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures relating to health and safety, the environment and quality management.
  • Purchase ledger management.
  • Regular supplier contact by phone and email.
  • Making adjustments, handling queries and resolving problems within company guidelines and policy
