The role will involve achieving 'buy-in' from all members of the team through development of a partnership approach.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Contributing to the simplification and standardisation of processes across Financial Operations
*Delivery of clearly documented work instructions for all key processes
*Addressing current complexities and inconsistencies
*Finding ongoing efficiencies and continuous improvements whilst maintaining robust controls
*Design and implementation of systems and reporting strategy
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with an extensive record of leading and motivating teams of finance professionals and exposure to core finance systems such as Oracle.
A demonstrable ability to influence positive behavioural change and manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously will be highly advantageous in this role.
