What you will do
You will provide critical application support to the Finance team and the wider STB Business in terms of finance, payment and treasury systems. You will develop new reports, system rules & workflow processes, alongside handling support calls from users and working with the various third party software companies to resolve issues.
Full involvement of configuration, administration & day to day support of STB finance and payment systems software and any associated applications. You will work with internal and external technical and business analysts to log, analyse, route and track application issues through to resolution.
What you will bring
We are looking for someone who has experience in working in a systems support role. Experience in a Banking environment would also be an advantage.
Good problem solving skills with a proactive approach to root cause analysis.
