With a finance team reporting into you, it is imperative you have had previous experience of managing a team. Supervising all income and expenditure related activities, you will not only be overseeing all team transactions, you will also take responsibility for ensuring all aspects of compliance and reporting is adhered to, in accordance to regulated requirements. You will be an integral part of the new finance system implementation, including testing and the training of new users, as well as undertaking new areas of work to support the wider finance function, as required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage a team's priorities to ensure completion of multiple deadlines to strict timescales. You will possess good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work efficiently, whilst under pressure.
