To provide an excellent service to our Customers, Dealers and Finance Providers at all times.

Qualify customer’s requirements and suitability for credit; propose to appropriate lenders and see each deal through to completion whilst following the company’s compliance process.

  • To provide a high standard of customer service to existing and potential customers.
  • To communicate effectively by telephone, Email and Face to Face
  • To have a full understanding of all Asset Finance business processes and procedures
  • Full understanding of all the finance products available
  • To follow sales and process scripts provided
  • Regular contact and relationship management with supporting dealers
  • To communicate effectively with lenders.
  • To obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Explain to customers the different types of products that are available
  • To provide relevant information and guidance
  • To take instructions from clients
  • To complete and maintain accurate file notes
  • To check customer documentation before dispatch
  • To answer the telephone promptly and professionally
  • To provide Reports as requested
  • Ensuring every customer is treated fairly throughout the sales process
  • Sending finance proposals to appropriate lenders based on the information available.
  • Liaising with finance providers to achieve best outcomes for each customer.
  • Setting up New Dealers using the company 'Set Up’ process


  • PC Literate, including the use of Microsoft packages
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • To have a good understanding of consumer credit
  • Knowledge of regulations of the Financial Conduct Authority
  • To provide Reports as requested
  • Understand lender requirements to secure best outcome for customers
  • Communicate and build relationships with Dealers
  • To complete and maintain accurate file notes
  • To communicate effectively by telephone, email and face to face
  • To provide a high standard of customer service

Handling of caravan insurance would be an advantage for this role

Salary: £16,000 basic OTE £25,000
