Finance Software Support Analyst
Permanent - all year round or term time only
£22k to start ASAP
Working with a large organisation based in Chelmsford we are recruiting to a Finance Software Support Analyst based on their service desk.
You will be responsible for answering calls from staff in schools in relation to issues and queries using FMS software used for financial tasks. You will be required to resolve these issues or queries through to resolution ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Whilst managing issues you will be required to maintain regular contact with the customer throughout the incident lifecycle, provide high level support to customers through emails, telephone and remote access tools, ensure updates are applied to open incidents/problem records on the company CRM system, work to agreed targets and objectives and to identify trends and escalate where necessary.
This is a full time permanent position offered on an all year round or term time only basis - the position is paying £22k per annum on a all year round basis but pro rata if you decide to work term time only to reflect how many weeks you work.
It is essential you have experience of working within an administrative role within education - FMS or school finance experience if desirable however not essential as full training will be given.
