Finance Paralegal - US Firm

Posted 4 April by EJ Legal Limited Easy Apply

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Paralegal at a top US law firm.

The team is headed up by three partners, who are noted in the Legal 500 and Chambers, nine associates and two paralegals. They are seeking to appoint a further Finance Paralegal as the team continues to be very busy.

The Finance Paralegal can look forward to assisting on a range of transactions including acquisitions, leveraged finance, debt restructuring, management buyouts and buy-ins, recapitalizations to name a few.

There are no trainees in the department so the successful Finance Paralegal can look forward to taking on trainee level tasks and will be an integral member of the team.

The firm is seeking to take on a Finance Paralegal of 'training contract calibre’ and so expects the person either has already secured a training contract or is expected to secure a training contract for 2019 or 2020. They would therefore offer the role on a 12 or 18 month contract depending on your circumstances.

As the team is very busy, it is anticipated the successful Finance Paralegal will be able to take on a large amount of overtime. This will be paid at time and a half and double time, therefore the total take home amount will be an excellent package.

Apply today for this Finance Paralegal role to find out more.

If you are currently studying the LPC and finish exams in June, please do still apply.
