Finance Paralegal - In House

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a transactional Paralegal to join an international investment bank’s specialist aviation finance arm on a permanent basis.

The successful Finance Paralegal can looking forward to working in a small team of Lawyers as the sole Paralegal on a broad range of high-value, complex aviation finance transactions, as well as advising the business on aviation and asset finance-related enquiries.

Day-to-day, you will be drafting and negotiating a range of agreements, commercial contracts and conditions precedent for transactions, forming and liquidating companies, setting up trusts and working on post-closing matters.

The ideal Aviation Finance Paralegal will have solid transactional experience from a top tier law firm or in house; asset finance experience in particular would be beneficial but more general corporate, banking or finance experience will also be considered. As the bank have a global presence, paralegals who have gained experience overseas are also encouraged to apply.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Paralegal who is looking for a step up to join a really successful business in a role with lots of responsibility from the off. Longer term career progression is also on the cards for the right person, as they have been known to train their Paralegals!
