I am delighted to be working with a reputable and well established Public Sector organisation located in the heart of Grimsby. Following a period of sustained growth and internal movement, they are now recruiting for a newly created position within their finance team. This position is 100% remote working with the odd day based in their Grimsby branch.
This opportunity is temporary, initially until September 2022.
Your new role
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of monitoring, recording and forecasting budgets on a monthly and annual basis. You will be accountable for analysing information from the financial system and reporting the information for annual accounts. In this role, you will support in providing information to budget holders and the corporate team in order to answer queries or explain variances. You will be expected to communicate with internal members of staff about issues effecting their budgets and financial positions.
What you'll need to succeed
It is highly preferred that the successful candidate has had exposure within NHS or other public sector organisation, within a busy finance function. Ideally, you will be studying towards your AAT however equivalent experience will be considered for this role. You will be highly attentive to detail with a passion to succeed.

This role offers complete remote working with all equipment provided. Flexible working is highly encouraged and part time would be an option for this role. You will be offered a Band 4 Salary and there is a chance the role may be extended or become permanent in future.
