Solutions Recruitment are looking for a Finance Monitoring Officer to work for our client based in Durham. The role will primarily consist of establishing and maintaining financial record-keeping systems for external scheme attendees.
The main duties of the role will be:
Preparing and producing financial reports.
Providing a general information service to assist attendees with financial queries; this may be via email or over the telephone.
Checking and verifying expenditure (to fall in line with the organisation's audit policies and procedures).
Collating financial information from all external projects; with regards to spend and outputs.
The successful candidate must be educated up to HNC/HND level and have experience of financial administration systems. An AAT qualification would be a benefit, but not essential, for this role. Excellent ICT skills including MS Office is essential as is concise and accurate verbal and written reporting skills. The ability to work within a team environment and liaise with people at all levels is also a requirement of this role.
