Your new role
Working in a small but busy finance team of three people and reporting directly to the Finance Director you will be responsible for processing the day to day accounts activities including updating ledgers, carrying out reconciliations, collating and processing the monthly payroll on Sage along with pension auto enrolment processing. You will carry out any other ad hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
An enthusiastic and hard working individual with a flexible approach to working, you will have in excess of two years experience of working at an assistant level within an accounts department with a good working knowledge of payroll processing. You will have good knowledge of Excel and you will have previously used accounting packages (Sage preferred). Good communication skills and a professional approach to confidentiality are essential.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £20,000 - £23,000 (dependent on experience). Study support is available for an individual who is looking to gain their AAT qualifications. You will receive 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays). There is on-site parking and a canteen.
