Finance Officer job with a housing association based in Manchester paying up to £13 per hour.
Your new company
My client is a large housing association in Manchester. Due to a large uplift in workload they are recruiting into their finance team on a temporary basis, the company continues to experience growth so this will be a long term temporary role.
Your new role
As a Finance Officer you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger for the business, this will include processing invoices, matching PO numbers and preparing weekly payment runs. You will also reconcile multiple bank accounts and deal with any supplier queries that arise. You may have to work on month end accruals, pre-payments and journals so this experience would be advantageous to your application.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in an all round transactional role so you can pick up these processes quickly. Experience of using Open Accounts would be preferable but not essential.
