An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Officer to join a leading organisation based in Tonbridge.
This is part time role working two days a week with these days being flexible to accommodate your own needs.
The key aspect of this vacancy will be to support the Finance Manager with the day to day operations of the finance function which will include processing invoices, preparing balance sheets, managing receipts, reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions and any other tasks set out.
Experience using SAGE as a package is essential!
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Cash management and reconciliations
- Management reporting
- Supporting the financial controller as required
- At least two years experience working within a finance function.
- AAT qualified desirable.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience working within a team.
Part time - Two days a week
Salary circa £12 per hour
