Finance Manager - Cambridgeshire
Platform Recruitment have partnered with a leading manufacturer who are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee their finance function.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a small finance team and take responsibility for overseeing the financial operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and reviewing consolidated monthly management accounts, with insightful commentary and analysis.
Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, including cash flow management and working capital analysis.
Acting as the main contact for year-end audit preparation and delivery.
Driving continuous improvement through finance system enhancements and process automation.
What we’re looking for:
A fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with experience in a similar role.
Strong technical accounting skills, including consolidations and multi-currency reporting.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience within a finance function.
Commercial awareness, Advanced Excel skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
