Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee key financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and audit support. You’ll play a crucial role in providing financial insights to support decision-making and ensure the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports.
• Produce monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and financial systems development.
• Collaborate across teams to align financial planning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA, CIMA, CPA preferred).
• 5+ years' experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and financial software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
