Basic Salary £32K-£35K

Permanent Role, Full Time (9-5)

As this exciting organisation continues to expand, they are seeking a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in their financial operations and support their ambitious growth trajectory. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, forward-thinking finance professional looking to grow with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation. You will work from their North Kent Offices with hybrid working.

If you are an ambitious graduate or equivalent with minimum of 2 years’ practical experience as a Finance Assistant/Finance Officer ready to be fast tracked and take the next natural step in your career to Finance Manager.

The Duties of the Finance Manager

Financial Record Keeping & Reconciliation

Accounts Payable & Receivable.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Budgeting, Forecasting & Management Reporting

Digital Transformation & Process Innovation

Grant & Fund Management

Sales & Purchase Ledger Management

Operational Finance Support

This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their finance career, with a focus on bookkeeping, operational finance, and supporting our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to maintain financial integrity, while also contributing to strategic innovations that will shape the future of our organisation. A experience working for a Not for Profit, Charity, Membership Body would be advantageous.
