Finance Manager

Are you a fully qualified Finance Manager with experience of working within a customer facing role ? Search Accountancy are working closely with a Hertfordshire based client to recruit a Finance Manager for a newly created position.
As Finance Manager you will work closely with the Senior Finance team along with the Account Director to ensure financial policies and procedures are applied along with maximising financial performance and ensuring budgets are maintained.Duties of the Finance Manager will include
Ensuring robust financial controls are in place
Support the Account Director in achieving business objectives by providing timely and accurate financial reports
Review the debt position and monitor WIP
Develop and track benchmarking data and KPI's
Successful applicants will be fully qualified, have experience of liaising with customers, working within a high volume environment and be an excellent communicator.Recent staff management including training, appraisals and development will be key. Contract accounting experience will be advantageous
