A startup tech company is looking for a Finance Manager to support the CFO with building out the processes that will underpin the company growth. The Finance Manager will take on a broad, hands on role and provide end to end finance support to the business whilst supervising some of the outsourced finance processes.

The client is looking for someone innovative and with ideas who is motivated to roll up their sleeves, make a difference and get their hands dirty in this role. The Finance Manager will have a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an extremely exciting growth story as this business launches in the market over the next 18 months.

The CFO is highly experienced with a strong background so the Finance Manager will learn a great deal working under this individual. The CFO is looking for someone who he can coach and develop over the next 2-3 years so this role will provide a springboard for someone in their career.

The ideal profile would be someone fully qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA or equivalent) with some post-qualified experience in a similar hands on role.
