Are you the type of commercially focused, Finance Professional who thrives on helping build something special? If so, this could be the ideal role for you.
We are proud to have been retained by this growing, purpose driven and incredibly engaging business who have already built a successful brand but are continuing to grow rapidly and need like minded people to join them on their journey.
They truly make a positive difference to the lives of people in the community, have established a strong foothold in their sector, a superb and proven product/route to market, and importantly, have a very clear ethos and offering driven by the highly engaging and knowledgeable Senior Management Team.
They are now seeking a Finance Manager to support them as they continue to grow, to assist with operational finance, but to also work on projects to establish, improve and challenge processes, procedures and systems.
Working alongside the CFO and MD, you will be an integral part of the Head Office team, working on management accounts preparation and assisting with Year End. Whilst you must be able to prepare accounts to a Trial Balance the role would also suit someone more experienced who can help to add value and drive change and get more clarity behind the numbers.

This would suit someone who is keen to progress within the business and to step up into a Financial Controller position.
You will be an experienced finance professional who has the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-finance contacts both internally and externally.
- Preparation of financial and management accounts
- Assisting with Year End process
- Working closely with non-finance stakeholders
- Managing and preparing payroll (monthly and weekly)
