My client is a well established business based in Bicester. They are currently seeking a Finance Manager and this all-encompassing role will lead the company finance function working closely with external accountants.
Duties will include:
• Management Accounts
• Handling the day to day finances of the business
• Working closely with the Managing Director - forecasting, budgeting etc
• Bank reconciliations
• Posting BACS payments
• Maintaining the General Ledger
• Creditor reconciliations and journals
• Preparing & sending vat returns
• Collate & send payroll information to payroll provider - check details & confirm bacs payment schedule (Weekly & Monthly salaries)
• Month and Year-End preparation
• Audit preparation
• Liaise with pension provider, ensuring all records are updated
• P11D, P60 etc
